To amend or cancel an order, email hello@newgateworld.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed we're unable to make changes.

If you've requested a cancellation:

• If your order hasn't shipped — we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If your order has already shipped — we're unable to intercept it at this stage. Please return the item within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
