Our delivery charge is £2.95 for any order value to any address within the UK Mainland (excluding parts of the Scottish Highlands). Payment can be made 24 hours a day online using our secure credit card payment facility. We accept all major credit cards.
All of our deliveries will be delivered by Interlink between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. A signature will be required on delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, our courier will leave a card with details of what happens next.
Delivery times are dependent on where you live and our stock levels, although we do our best to try and minimise delays in our delivery service we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery normally takes 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We hope you will want to put up your Jones clock as soon as you receive it, but if you need to return any part of your order just call our team on 01691 663166 or email email@example.com. They will issue you with an authorisation code and will let you know what happens next. When emailing please include your full name and order number to help speed up the process. Orders will need to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage. (Please note: we cannot accept any returns without an authorisation code). If you wish to cancel your order, you can call us on 01691 663166 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are dispatched.
We have found that sometimes providers have such high security settings that they do not allow a lot of emails through (not even ours!). If you have any concerns, feel free to call us and we will be able to confirm your order.
Don’t worry, we won’t share your details with anyone else, although, we may use your email address to say hello once in a while. If you really don’t want us to, then just let us know (no hard feelings, promise!).

The movements in all our clocks are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, this does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering or battery leakage.
